Sandy came to Raleigh to have breakfast with me and Erica before her race the next day. BIG ED'S CITY MARKET in downtown Raleigh is delicious!


And then I found a huge cockroach later at night the same day at the apartment. I trapped it in a tupperware and taped paper around it so it couldn't escape. SO DISGUSTING!
